CAD Standards - Text Styles

Displays when you select the CAD Standards > Text Styles option in the Options dialog. It lets you to edit/define new or existing text styles. There are a number of default text styles defined, all of which can be modified.

Setting	Description
Property	In the Property column click the arrow next to the text style ID to expand the list of properties to be defined as shown: The property values can be defined using the following methods depending on what type of value is required: Type a value directly into the field. Select from a drop down list of predefined values. Use the arrow buttons in the Value field to adjust the value in increments. Note: If there are existing CAD text styles defined in the current drawing, they will be available from a drop down list to choose from. If one is selected, the remaining property fields will inherit the properties of the predefined text style.
Value	In the Value column, enter a value for the adjacent Property field using the descriptions above.
Add	Click to add a new Text Style to the list then define the name and properties for the style.
Delete	Click to delete the selected text style.
OK	Saves the changes and closes the Options dialog.
Cancel	Closes the Options dialog without saving any changes.
Apply	Applies any changes while keeping the Options dialog open.

Text Styles for 2D Extraction Tables

As shown in the images above, there are two text styles which apply to 2D Extraction Tables:

sectioncutCC: Used when placing a 2D Extraction Table in a sheet.
sectioncutCC_Model: Used when placing a 2D Extraction Table in a model.

When creating 2D Extraction Tables, Bentley Raceway and Cable Management will automatically detects whether the table is being placed in a sheet or model and applies the correct style. The text style defined for the model has a larger text size for better viewing. These styles can be modified as defined above.
